LUKE James Mulcahy, 24, of Eastrop Way, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to breaking a glass window at the Basingstoke YMCA on April 14, 2016 under the Criminal Damage Act 1971. Fined £175 and ordered to pay £150 in compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ROBERT James Cunnett, 33, of Watson Way, Winklebury, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Transit in New Road, Basingstoke on May 2, 2016 whilst under the influence of alcohol.

Fined £440 and ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

CHRISTOPHER Alan Clements, 22, of Anchor Road, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle on the A339 Headley on May 11, 2016 whilst under the influence of alcohol. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £230 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

LINDA Daley, 48, of The Street, North Warnborough, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a Audi TT in The Street, Hook, on April 27 and May 25, 2016 whilst under the influence of alcohol. Committed to prison for 12 weeks for each offence to run concurrently, suspended for 24 months. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for five years.

LEE Harry Winters, 32, of Mallory Road, Popley, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an on duty police officer on May 11, 2016. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DOMINIQUE Michelle Woodcock, 33, of Park Gardens, Black Dam, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to behaving in a drunk and anti-social manner in a public place on May 11. Fined £240 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

AARON Smith, 18, of Raphael Close, Black Dam, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on January 2, 2016. The defendant also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on December 9, 2015.

Committed to prison for a total of five weeks and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge.

DONNA Theresa Kemp, 31, of Longacre Rise, Chineham, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to stealing four bottles of perfume from Boots totalling £234.75 on April 20, 2016. Also pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of tequila worth £90 from John Lewis on April 23 and two bottles of vodka from Marks and Spencer valued at £31 on May 19. The defendant also pleaded guilty to stealing 24 bottles of alcohol from Marks and Spencer between April 30 and May 14 totalling £350.50 and stealing nine bottles of perfume from Boots on May 17. Committed to prison for 12 weeks for each offence to run concurrently, suspended for 12 months and ordered not to enter any Marks and Spencer or Boots store and ordered to pay £300 compensation.
