DRIVERS in North Hampshire are facing long delays as the fallout continues after a lorry overturned on the A34 earlier today.
As previously reported, a lorry overturned on the A34 near Whitchurch this morning leading to the closure of the dual carriageway in both directions near the incident.
The road remains closed between B4640 and the turn-off with the A303.
A diversion is in place via the A343 through Andover and Enham Alamein.
However traffic is building up in the North Hampshire area, with the A303 now becoming heavily congested.
Traffic travelling eastbound is said to be queuing as far back as the Longparish turn-off, B3048.
