A BASINGSTOKE Game employee has pleaded guilty to fraudulently using nearly £700 of online reward points while working for the company.
Ben Conway, of Bell Road, Andover, admitted to dishonestly using the £695 worth of points while occupying a customer service role at a store in Basingstoke.
The 25-year-old was slapped with 40 hours of community service during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court last week.
He was also ordered to pay £51 in compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and further £85 in court costs.
