DETECTIVES are continuing to appeal for help in finding a Basingstoke woman who has been missing from her partner’s address in Alton since Wednesday, September 14.

Leanne Turnbull, aged 34, was last seen at Sainsbury’s in Alton at about 9.15am on Wednesday.

Miss Turnbull, who lives in Stubbs Road, in the Black Dam area of Basingstoke, had been staying at her partner’s house in Orchard Lane, Alton.

Officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare as she suffers from epilepsy and it is believed she has no medication with her.

Miss Turnbull has connections with the areas of Alton, Basingstoke, and with Beccles and Bury St Edmonds in Suffolk.

She is described as between 5ft 4ins and 5ft 6ins, wearing a grey fleece with GAP written in large letters across the front, a light blue v-necked long-sleeved t-shirt and light blue jeans.

She was carrying a green, gold and red swirl-patterned handbag, has brown, shoulder-length hair and a tongue-piercing.

Acting Chief Inspector Paul Owen said: “We have still not heard from Leanne and we are very concerned for her wellbeing.

“If you have seen or heard from Leanne or you know where she is, can I ask you to just make contact with us and let us know that she is ok.

“My specific appeal to Leanne is to please contact us as soon as possible to let us know you are ok.”
