A GROWING serviced office provider is looking to make itself at home in Basingstoke, welcoming new clients.

Arena Business Centres has moved into Lime Tree Gate on Hampshire International Business Park, in Chineham, after a major refurbishment.

The building, in Crockford Lane, provides business accommodation totalling 22,000 sq ft.

Marketing director Helen Deverill said that the centre is now fully open and that it is currently in talks with a number of companies.

“This is our most northern point at the moment, but we are looking for new locations all the time,” said Helen.

Explaining why the company has set up base in Basingstoke, she said: “It’s just a commercially active location and the transport links with the M3 and M4 are good, with its close proximity with London, Southampton and Reading.

“And looking at the companies that are already based here, I’m sure there are plenty of opportunities for us as a business centre providing our services to a range of companies.”

On offer are offices that would suit start-ups with one or two people to corporate offices taking up to 10,000 sq ft.

The site includes 24/7 access and security, a staffed reception, a business lounge and meeting rooms.

Arena provides full IT infrastructure, and furniture is offered to suit client requirements.

The centre will be managed by Wendy Marks, known for making and sharing her delicious home-made cakes.

Thrilled to be managing Arena’s latest centre, she said: “I am really looking forward to working with new clients, understanding their needs and finding the right space for them.”
