IT’S that time of year when employers need to start looking at their PAYE year end obligations.
The employee benefits environment has changed dramatically in recent years.
We have already seen the introduction of compulsory enrolment into company pension schemes; the forthcoming introduction of pension flexibility and the changes to tax-free childcare could add further challenges to the way you run your business.
So, whilst you are completing your P11D and payroll returns why not check your processes and systems to ensure they will cope with future obligations.
It could help in avoiding unnecessary interest charges and penalties.
