PROSPECTIVE leaseholders in Hampshire can gain vital skills into purchasing and operating property.
The Leaseholder Association is holding an information afternoon today in the Hilton Hotel, Chilworth.
The event runs from 3pm and includes guest speakers focusing on topics including purchasing pitfalls and challenging service charges and how to deal with complaints and crisis resolution.
