A RAPIDLY-GROWING Hampshire digital marketing agency is expanding its presence in London.

Koozai, which has its HQ at Park Gate, plans to move from its offices in Covent Garden to large premises in Shoreditch, close to the Barbican, at the beginning of February.

Having been set up by digital marketing expert Ben Norman as a one-man operation in a shared office over ten years ago, Koozai now employs 25 people and services a vast range of clients including V&A, Trevor Sorbie, Côte Brasserie and HIPPO.

The company, which specialises in SEO, content marketing, paid search and paid social has taken on an additional nine members of staff in the past 12 months and has vacancies for four more.

The new roles are: account manager, head of SEO, head of paid media, and front end web designer/developer. They can be filled in Hampshire or the capital.

Ben Norman said: “Our continued success means that Koozai is recruiting for a host of new and exciting positions in both Southampton and London.

"We’re looking for talented marketers to help us grow our service to meet the needs of our fast-expanding client base. We can offer a fun and relaxed atmosphere where people can harness their digital skills.”

He described the Shoreditch move as a “statement of intent”.

“We are focused on business growth but also want to give our employees the space to think creatively. This new environment will certainly do that,” he said.
