AWARD-WINNING Winchester housebuilder Metis Homes has announced the appointment of three new team members.
Alistair Harris has joined as planning director; Mike Burton as senior land manager; and Sophia O’Grady as sales co-ordinator.
Alistair Harris joins the business from WYG Consultants, where he was director in planning for many years. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience as a planning consultant.
In his new role at Metis, Alistair will work with managing director Adam O’Brien in driving and overseeing all planning activity .
Mike Burton will sit within the land team. He has extensive experience, most recently with Churchill Retirement, Mike will work alongside Phil Rosewarne and Adam O’Brien.
Sophia O’Grady has a wealth of successful agency experience in the property sector.
The Metis team has grown from three at its inception in 2007, to almost 20.
It builds around 70 new homes each year across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset.
The firm was crowned Best Small Housebuilder (Silver) at the 2016 WhatHouse? Awards.
