ROMSEY'S annual open air carol service will be held indoors tonight (Monday, December 23) because of the stormy conditions. The event staged by the Rotary Club of Romsey is a popular crowd puller and raises hundreds of pounds for charity. Tonight's carols start at 7pm and will be held in the Abbey United Reformed. It was due to take place in the Market Place but the club has changed the venue because of the bad weather.
