CHARITY Tools for Self Reliance will open the doors to its Netley Marsh workshops this Saturday (June 28).

The public will be able to take a tour of the workshops where donated tools are repaired and refurbished prior to shipping to Africa.

Visitors will also be able to try their hand at archery and there will be a display of vintage cars and tractors, music and dance performances, craft stalls, the return of the human fruit machine (pictured above) and a barbecue.

Volunteers and staff will be available to answer questions about the work of TFSR.

The open day runs from 11am to 4pm. Entry is free and free parking is available. To find out more, visit tfsr.org or call 023 8086 9697.
