A HUGE firework display is being held at Wellow Primary School tomorrow evening (Saturday) There will also be a bonfire at the event which has the theme Pop through the Decades.
The bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm and Guys that children made for a competition will be burnt.
The fireworks display, which has been organised by Wellow School Association, starts at 7pm.
Family tickets which includes two adults and up to three children cost £20 in advance and £22 on the night. Single tickets cost £7 (under-15s and senior citizen £4). Entrance for children aged three and under is free.
Tickets are available from Wellow School office and Country Consumables in West Wellow.
Guy Fawkes competition results: 1st; Freddie Mercury by Ed, Anna and Lucy Bethel. 2nd Madonna by Gaby Arney and Lucy Wilson. 3rd; Dave by Arianne Benakis, Hollie Bennett, Noah Lay, Katy-May Clendon and Libby Bickley-Downs.
