A FLASHER exposed himself to a woman pushing a pram in Hampshire.

The 32-year-old victim was walking along the street when she heard a man shout to her.

She ignored this and carried on in the same direction but began to hear footsteps and when she turned around, a man exposed himself to her.

The incident happened on Marlborough Street, Andover, at about 6.30pm on Tuesday, February 2, near St Mary’s Church.

The man is described as being white, of skinny build, around six feet tall, aged between 30 and 35 years old, and had short dark blonde hair.

He was wearing a dark blue or black jacket, which was waist length or longer, along with jeans or trousers and a scarf.

PC Lisa Wearn, from Andover police station, said: “At this time, this does appear to be an isolated incident, however it has caused much distress to the young female who was walking home.”
