Winchester man acquitted of breaking into home but admits threatening behaviour
AN allegation that a Winchester man used violence to get into a house has been dropped.
Ricardo Barbeito-Hall was accused of the offence at a property in Fromond Road, Weeke, on September 15.
But Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard that the prosecution was now offering no evidence and the charge was dismissed.
Barbeito-Hall, 39, of Fromond Road, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour.
He was fined £45 and told to pay a £15 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
