STUDENTS from Wyvern Technology College took to the slopes for an action-packed week.
A team of teachers took 42 students from the Botley Road based college to Saalbach in Austria for the ski trip, which has now become a successful fixture on the Wyvern calendar.
Despite warm sunshine on the slopes, the snow provided great skiing conditions, with each student enjoying daily tuition sessions and evening entertainment – including ice hockey, ice skating, a snow show and a fancy dress party.
Tom Weaver was among the teachers that took part.
He said: “This was an incredibly successful and happy trip. I would like to say a very big thank you to all who came – a truly cracking week. Bring on 2015!”
