BURGLARS forced their way into a house in a village near Winchester Police are investigating following the raid in Colden Common between May 8-29 while the occupants were on holiday, police said today.

The offenders stole two Barclays debit cards, a black full face Shoei Neotec motorcycle helmet and a pair of plain black Rukka motorcycle gloves.

Detective Constable Marcus Baker said: “This is a rare occurrence for the Colden Common area, but I would like to remind people to be vigilant for any suspicious activity and to ensure they keep their homes secure.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Det Con Baker at North Walls Police Station on 101 or call the charity Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111, where information can be left anonymously.
