JINGLING bells were heard across the county as morris dancers performed at two Hampshire villages.

The Winchester Morris Men entertained crowds at Church Lane and Wherwell, the Eagle Inn in Abbots Ann on June 4 and at The Black Horse Pub in West Tytherley on June 6.

The eight dancers and two musicians performed a selection of Cotswold Morris dances.

The group will be performing on June 18 at from 7.45pm at Colden Common, St Vigor Way and from 8.30pm at the Bugle Inn, Twyford.

The group is currently recruting new members.
