POLICE are hunting two thieves who pushed a man over before snatching his bag.

The 31-year-old victim was robbed while walking in an alleyway between Bournemouth Road and Templars Way, in Chandlers Ford.

He was pushed to the ground by the men who stole his bag and took £280 from his wallet.

The victim injured his wrist and was left shaken by the incident. His bag was found nearby, missing the cash.

The first robber is described as in his early 20s, of slim build, 6ft and wearing a black hoody.

The second is described as aged in his early 20s, of slim build, 5ft 5in and wearing a maroon coloured hoody.

The incident happened between 9am and 10am on Friday. Anyone with information should call PC Jason Gore at Eastleigh Police station on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
