A SOLD-OUT club night is set to raise money for cancer research in memory of a Bishop’s Waltham woman who lost her battle with the disease.
Rachel Hayes, who worked at Banks Bistro in Banks Street, died on New Year’s Eve after suffering from breast, and then liver cancer.
A party at Southampton’s Club 1865 will raise money for Cancer Research UK on Saturday, March 7.
Saints star James Ward-Prowse will be on hand to give away signed memorabilia and pose for photographs.
The line-up includes Michael Jackson impersonator David Boakes, live music from Taboo and London DJ SoSoulful.
Raffle prizes include a luxury yacht trip, a spa day at Careys Manor, golf at Wentworth, Arsenal football tickets and a rib-ride adventure on the Thames.
Punters can also win a bungee jump experience, signed footballs from Manchester United and Everton and hotel stay with breakfast and dinner.
The evening, Let’s Groove Tonight, runs from 8pm to 1am.
