A SPONGEBOB onesie might not scream the typical biker image for some.

But when a special charity motocross event was held in Winchester on Saturday (MAY 16), it brought together all manner of motor-mad men and women.

The Tony Moto track in Headbourne Worthy saw over 100 spectators cheering on the many riders who took to the tricky track for charity.

While some added simple accessories, such as furry helmets, to their usual attire others went the full hog donning a complete Captain America outfit while cheered on by their friends and families.

Hampshire Chronicle:

There were many sharp hills and tight turns carved into the site off Down Farm Lane which the riders did well to navigate on the dry and sunny day.

From little scooters to larger bikes they nipped and dived and skidded across the course, taking their time through the bollarded chicane, all in the name of good causes.

Marie Curie, Orchid cancer and the Giggle Doctors were just a few names marked across riders’ t-shirts.
