AN Alresford food firm raised more than £200 to fight child cancer after staff swapped their Easter eggs for charity donations.
Nearly 150 workers at Alresford Salads snubbed their traditional company gift and donated its cost to the Joe Glover Trust, which works with families and cancer units across the south.
The fresh food company gives staff an Easter egg every year but raised £217.50 for the trust this year by giving them the option of donating instead.
