CITY planners are set to decide whether to grant permission for a conversion of the old police station and adjacent land in Alresford.
Developer McCarthy and Stone wants to transform the site at Station Mill into five luxury retirement apartments, with a further 15 at the police station. It would also include a landscaped garden.
The application will go before the planning committee on Thursday (May 28) with officers recommending refusal.
