THERE were smiling faces and lots of fun and games as families gathered for the annual church fete in Durley.
Held at the gardens of Wintershill Hall thanks to the Balfour family, the fete included everything from splat the rat to tricks with £20 notes.
It was opened by local author David Warr as Rev Gregg Mennsingh looked on.
Children from Durley Church of England Primary School entertained the crowds with their drumming and angelic singing.
Ladybirds Pre School also attended and the staff joined in with the singing with the little ones.
