Winchester man Daren Bellcourt to stand trial in January on alleged firearms offence in Winnall
A WINCHESTER man arrested for an alleged firearms offence is due to stand trial in January.
Daren Bellcourt, 43, was detained by armed police on August 16 for allegedly having a Walther CP99 air weapon in Colson Road, Winnall.
His case was heard at Winchester Crown Court and adjourned for trial due to start on January 28 2016.
