Jane Rutter taking over from Angela Clear in May
Following the success of its first opening, visitors will once again be flocking to have a glimpse of Winchester's famous Abbey House, the mayor's official residence.
Hosted by the Mayor of Winchester, Cllr Jane Rutter, the 'At Home' event invites local residents and tourists alike to look around Abbey House, whilst enjoying tea and cake.
The next event, on Wednesday October 5, will be co-hosted by St Cross WI group "Kitchen Dancers".
This is the second At Home event after the mayor introduced the concept last month to open up Abbey House to the public.
The event runs from 3pm to 5pm.
