POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself to a teenage boy in a supermarket car park in Winchester.
The 14-year-old victim was sat in a parked car at Sainsbury’s, Badger Farm, when a black saloon-type car with black windows pulled into the space next to him.
A passenger got out of the black car and exposed himself before carrying out an indecent act in front of the boy. The man then walked off towards the supermarket between 5.40pm and 5.55pm on Friday, September 23.
The man has been described as white with brown hair and a trimmed beard, aged in his late 20s or early 30s, and around 6ft tall.
He was wearing navy blue jeans and a long-sleeved top with light blue and black stripes.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the offence.
PC Ian Dawson said: “This was a serious sexual offence which happened in broad daylight in a busy car park. We would like to hear from anyone who has any information about this incident.
“I would also like to reassure members of the public that this appears to be an isolated incident.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Dawson on 101, quoting 44160360497, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
