Winchester Prison.
Fire crews were called to Winchester Prison on Tuesday night after a prisoner pushed clothes through a grate onto the roof and set fire to them.
The blaze had been extinguished by the time the firefighters arrived and prison staff were left to deal with the damage which was “superficial.”
It happened at 6.55pm.
