Basingstoke Magistrates Court
A MAN caught stealing from Marks and Spencer in Winchester has been jailed for 21 weeks.
Javed Hafiz, 56, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing goods valued at £347.87 on May 27.
Magistrates in Basingstoke jailed him for a total of 21 weeks because he was in breach of a suspended sentence.
That included for driving a 51-reg Fiat Brava on the M3 on the same day whilst disqualified and with no insurance. He admitted all three offences
Hafiz was banned from driving for a further two years and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
