WINCHESTER woman Michelle Humble appeared in court twice in three days for shoplifting.
She was caught stealing two bottles of Californian white wine from the Co-op on City Road.
Humble, 32, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, admitted the charge and was ordered to pay £11.80 in compensation.
There was no order to pay a victim surcharge because of her lack of means, a court heard.
Then three days later she was back after being caught snatching five bottles of wine worth £42.50 from M&S on the High Street.
The magistrates in Basingstoke have almost run out of patience as they imposed a four-week jail sentence suspended for 12 months, saying no other penalty was justified, coming just days after a previous offence.
Humble was ordered to pay £42.50 compensation and £50 costs.
