WINCHESTER man Jake Clocherty has been put under curfew for failing to abide by terms of his release from prison.
Clocherty, 20, of Minden Way, Stanmore, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements following his release from prison.
Magistrates in Basingstoke heard he that failed to attend appointments with probation staff on August 18, August 22 and September 1.
A supervision default order was made, imposing an eight-week curfew with electronic monitoring to November 30 between 9am and 3pm, plus £60 costs.
