KYLE Carter has been jailed for breaking a restraining order during a suspended sentence for assault.
Carter, 22, twice entered Swift Close in Eastleigh when barred by a restraining order.
He has been sent to prison for 22 weeks by magistrates in Basingstoke.
The suspended sentence, which was activated, had been imposed for assaulting a female on July 2, July 3 and June 6 and damage to her iPhone, causing damage estimated at £600.
Carter, of Carousel Park, Basingstoke Road, Micheldever, near Winchester was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
