Southampton man caught stealing perfume from store
SOUTHAMPTON man Mateusz Majcher, 28, was caught stealing perfume from a Winchester department store.
Majcher was stopped with £191.50 worth of items taken from Debenhams in Winchester High Street on December 1, a court heard.
Majcher, of Kathleen Road, Sholing, admitted the charge.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £330 and ordered him to pay a £33 victim surcharge and £85 costs. There was no order for compensation as the goods were recovered.
