NEW fitness classes are on offer at a community gym.
Evolution Health & Fitness, based at Perins School in Alresford, is launching a new programme of group fitness classes to run from Monday (September 12).
Working with Winchester City Council to increase participation in exercise in rural areas, the gym has expanded the number and choice of classes, which now include BodyPump, Legs, Bums and Tums, Mixed Martial Arts Fitness, Boot Camp, Stretch and Tone and Yoga.
Along with the original classes, they are open to members and non-members over 16 and run on a drop-in basis.
Non-member prices start at £5 per class, £4 for students, and membership packages start from £25 per month.
