Hampshire boy, 12, accused of burglary
A HAMPSHIRE boy aged 12 is due at magistrates court this week on burglary and motoring charges.
The child from Gosport, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear on Wednesday before the North Hampshire Youth Panel at Andover Magistrates’ Court.
He is alleged to have burgled a house in Coleman Close, Basingstoke, on September 19 last year.
The boy will also face five motoring charges relating to his riding of a pit bike on July 29 in Basingstoke: namely riding without due care, with no insurance, a licence, or a helmet and riding on a footpath.
