Police investigating dog attack on Winchester woman
A WINCHESTER rambler needed hospital treatment after being attacked by a dog.
Maureen Heath, 74, was walking in Micheldever Forest on Monday morning when she was bitten by a Weimaraner dog.
Mrs Heath, of Oliver’s Battery Road, Oliver’s Battery, was taken to Royal Hampshire County Hospital with a wound to her calf.
Police are investigating the incident but confirmed no arrests have been made.
