ITV newsreader Alastair Stewart is compere at Friends of the Family's charity quiz next month
A Winchester charity has secured a celebrity host for an annual fundraiser.
Broadcaster Alastair Stewart will compere at Friends of the Family’s annual quiz in November at Winchester College.
The charity, founded in 1993, helps vulnerable families and children and is based at the Quaker Meeting House in Colebrook Street.
Mr Stewart is currently a newsreader on ITV and formerly presented car chase show Police, Camera, Action!
The quiz takes place on Friday, November 16 from 7pm at the college’s Museum Room.
