Owais Shah, Chris Wood and Brad Taylor have all been included in Hampshire's squad for the Nawest T20 Blast clash against Sussex at Hove tomorrow night (7pm).

Shah has arrived on an initial three-match deal, Wood is available after recovering from knee surgery and 17 year-old Taylor could make his T20 debut after becoming the county's youngest first-class player since 1867 last year.

Hampshire are looking to bounce back from their opening defeat against Glamorgan last week.

Wood said: "It’s been a long time since I last played for the first team and I can’t wait to be back. I’ve been playing for the Second XI recently and I’m feeling good so if I’m called upon I’m hopeful I’ll do a good job with the ball and help out with the bat.

“The lads are aware that Friday’s match against Glamorgan was a bad day at the office, but we are really confident of bouncing back. It’s always a big game against our rivals Sussex and it doesn’t get much better than winning at Hove, so we’ll all be really up for it.”
