HE'S the Southampton sporting star who has pulled off a world's first.

Snowboarder Billy Morgan has landed the sport’s first ever 1800 quadruple cork.

The rider, who represented Great Britain at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, was in Livigno, Italy, when he pulled off the feat.

Morgan flipped four times, while his body also span five complete rotations, on a sideways or downward-facing axis.

The trick had long been considered unachievable by some in the sport.

The jump took 40 hours to build with the help of Red Bull to ensure Billy had the opportunity to make snowboarding history, which he seized.
