HAMPSHIRE’S David Balcombe returned career-best figures of 8-71 as Gloucestershire were eventually bowled out for 341 at the Ageas Bowl today.
Balcombe, who enjoyed a fruitful loan spell at Kent at the tail end of last season, led the Hampshire attack with aplomb as he skittled out the visitors’ tail just after lunch on day two of the LV Championship Division 2 clash.
