TONGS William Charles 'Bill' Passed away in Southampton General Hospital on 13th October 2018, aged 75. Loving Dad of Cheryl, Kelvin and Maria, grandad and great-grandad. Now reunited with Margaret. Funeral service to be held at The Abbey United Reformed Church, Romsey on Monday 29th October 2018 at 11.00am.
