HOEKSMA Jouke Jacob (aka Hooky, John) Passed away peacefully after a long illness on Monday 1st April 2019 aged 84 years. Dearly loved by Vivien, Jonathan, Daniel, Matthew, Claire and Sarah. Special Opa to Olivia, Isaac, Elizabeth and Alexander. Funeral service to be held at Test Valley Crematorium, Romsey, SO51 6AB on Thursday 18th April at 11:30am. Family flowers only please but donations if wished to Parkinson's U.K. may be sent c/o A.H.Cheater Funeral Directors, 122 The Hundred, Romsey, SO51 8BY.
