JORY William John passed away peacefully at home in Romsey surrounded by his family on 1st July 2019. Loving husband of 55 years to Carolyn, brother to Marianne and Clive, father to David, Richard, Virginia and Clare, grandfather to Sophie-Lynne, Petra, Daniel, Sampson, Max, Olivia, Ingrid, Arthur, Amelie and Juliette. A funeral service will take place at 2pm on Thursday 1st August at St Mary's Church, Michelmersh, a place he loved, and reception afterwards at the Barns. Formal mourning dress not necessary, family flowers only. Any donations to St Mary's Michelmersh PCC or The Southampton Hospital Charity (to benefit the Acute Medical Unit) may be sent to A.H. Cheater Funeral Directors, 122 The Hundred, Romsey, SO51 8BY.
