BARNARD William Frederick 15.11.42 - 22.12.21 Affectionately known as BILLY, WILLY, BILL and WILL.I.AM. A loving brother to the late Chris and sister in law Joyce. Also brother to Sue and Ray, brother in law to Nigel and Mandy. Billy loved being an uncle to Joanne, Andrew, Philip, Lucy and David, also loved his great nieces and nephews. Billy will be missed immensely by all his family and friends. Funeral to take place on 11th January, 12 noon at Kings Somborne Church, followed by cremation at the Test Valley Crematorium at 1pm.
