The hardwood windows have double glazed units and the property is well insulated. Internally there are vaulted ceilings with exposed timbers. The sanitary ware is white with chrome fittings and there are built-in bathroom cupboards.

The Accommodation

A new gated entrance from the road leads to a large gravelled parking area. There is a wide paved terrace in front of the property, areas of lawn and a useful wooden clad outbuilding with tiled roof. The paving continues to the rear where there is a further lawned area, post and rail boundary and the oil storage tank, with a compost area and small shed adjacent.
