Leave Winchester via the A272 towards Petersfield. Pass the Matterly Bowl and Cheesefoot Head on your left-hand side and head downhill along a long straight road. Approximately halfway along this road turn right sign posted Warnford and Preshaw. At the crossroad proceed straight over and continue for a little over a mile. At the next crossroad proceed straight over and after about 250 yards turn right into Preshaw. Follow the drive and bear left at the first opportunity. Keep left, following the circular road in a clockwise fashion. The property will be found on the right-hand side, located adjacent to the neighbouring farmland.
