ALE lovers in Romsey have been invited to taste Flack Manor Brewery’s finest in September.
The brewery in Romsey Industrial Estate will be holding an open day on September 30.
The event is part of National Cask Ale Week and is also a celebration of Flack’s four years in the heart of Romsey.
People will have the chance to sample five beers – Double Drop, Flack Catcher, Wolfie T, the First World War commemorative ale, Hedge Hop, and their bottled conditioned beer, The Romsey War Horse.
Staff will also tell the story of “Grain to Glass”, which will take a close look at the ingredients brewers use, who grows them and the different varieties.
There will be two sessions; the trade session is from 11am to 4pm, while the public can visit from 5.30pm to 9.30pm.
Tickets cost £5, which includes sampling tokens for two pints, and a “brewery Banger in a bun”. Tickets are available on the door.
