HUNDREDS of people will flock to Romsey Town Football Club tomorrow in honour of a father who took his life last year.

The daughter of Robin Abbott, Keira-May, has organised a football themed day at the football club to raise funds for the charity CALM.

The organisation offers support and aims to lower the rate of male suicide, and stands for a campaign against living miserably.

More than £1,800 has so far been raised for the charity.

As previously reported, Keira, 14, who goes to Romsey School, said: “I wanted all of his friends to come together for a day he would have loved. He loved football, friends and his family.”
