A ROMSEY site manager has won a seal of excellence award for outstanding home on the Oxlease Farm development.
The awards, organised by insurance provider NHBC, recognised manager Dave Murnane's 'dedication to achieving the highest standards' in house building.
He competed against 53 other site managers who received a quality award in the first round of the competition in June.
Dave was one of 17 site managers awarded the seal of excellence in a ceremony in Bristol last week.
It is the 11th year that Dave has been recognised for his standards.
NHBC regional director Nick Cunningham said: "To reach this level of the competition means without question you are one of the best site managers in the house-building industry.
"Dave is building homes to a high standard, and is a worthy winner of a Seal Excellence Award."
