THOUSANDS of vegans and inquisitive foodies attended the Romsey Vegan Fair’s first vegan festival.
The event held at Winchester Guildhall gave residents the chance coincided with ‘Veganuary’.
Romsey Vegan Fair organised stalls for a range of businesses centred around a vegan lifestyle – including one selling vegan beard oil.
Held on Sunday, queues were seen outside the Guildhall, alongside a giant inflatable cow to promote the event.
In a post on the group’s Facebook page, a spokesman for Romsey Vegan Fair said: “Thank you so much to everyone who came and supported us, and to those who supported in so many different ways. Today went swimmingly well – far better than expected.
“It’s put us in a very positive place for the future.”
