TWO people have been taken to hospital after a crash in which a BMW smashed into a lamp post.
Part of Botley Road, near North Baddesley, was blocked off following the crash, at the junction with Rownhams Lane.
A BMW and a Citroen were involved in the crash yesterday evening.
The BMW then smashed into a lamp post.
Both drivers were taken to Southampton General Hospital with minor injuries.
The road reopened.
